Text and images into textured 3D assets.
Choosing a workflow
What is the difference between an image and a game texture?
A generated image can be visual reference. A game texture must also work with UVs, tiling or a material shader. Check seams and scale on the target surface, and verify which maps the provider actually exports instead of assuming an image workflow produces a complete material.
How should I test generated material maps?
Import the available maps using the correct color-space and shader settings for your engine. Inspect the result from several angles with ordinary gameplay lighting. Normal-map orientation, roughness and visible seams are useful checks before replacing more materials.
Are generated textures automatically safe for commercial use?
No commercial permission has been verified here. Consult the provider’s current terms and make sure you can upload the source mesh and references. Keep those rights checks separate from whether the texture looks usable.
